Nicholas D. LaCourt focuses his practice on commercial litigation. His experience includes business tort actions, breach of contract actions, foreclosure actions, and other commercial matters in both state and federal courts. Mr. LaCourt has also represented clients in financial matters such as loan workouts and financial restructuring. He also has experience representing businesses in mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. LaCourt received his Juris Doctorate at the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he graduated with a concentration in business law and was a member of the Business and Tax Law Society. Following law school, Mr. LaCourt joined a corporate firm in Chicago where he focused his practice on general corporate law.
Mr. LaCourt joined Regas, Frezados and Dallas in December of 2022, where he continues to utilize his litigation and transactional experience in representing his clients in a variety of legal matters.
