Nicholas concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, representing clients on both the plaintiff and defense sides in a wide range of complex disputes. He represents financial institutions, businesses, and private clients in contract disputes, including matters involving breaches of note and guaranty and specific performance actions. He also has experience in foreclosure actions, fraudulent transfer claims, and post-judgment collection proceedings. His practice further includes tort and construction-related disputes, as well as partnership and business conflicts involving breach of fiduciary duty.
Nicholas also represents clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, guiding buyers, sellers, and lenders through acquisitions.
Nicholas holds a Master of Business Administration, which enhances his ability to advise clients on the financial and operational realities underlying complex business and real estate matters.
