Mr. Frezados is a graduate of St. Louis University School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1970. He has tried over 40 jury trials to verdict, as well as numerous bench trials, in both law and chancery.

Attorney William D. Dallas

Mr. Dallas is an experienced litigator with over 25 years of experience in civil litigation and arbitration. He has been given the highest rating as an AV Preeminent® Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell®. In his career, he has tried over 50 cases, including several jury trials, in both state and federal courts, and in arbitration.

Mr. Steven Dallas received his J.D. from Loyola, College of Law in 1976. He is licensed to practice in the Supreme Court of the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Attorney Steven Dallas focuses his practice primarily on real estate. Representation includes real estate developers, commercial banks, corporations and individuals. Additionally, Attorney Dallas advises his client's on many corporate, transactional, leasing, and contractual matters.
